New Schedule and Course Description

Introducing a revolutionary new way of teaching traditional tai chi and kungfu.

The instructor has drawn on his decades of study with many of the world's great masters to create a new curriculum that helps you achieves more sooner.

"Decades of research and experimentation has led me to develop a new approach which incorporates rare traditional training methods in a radically different manner. There is now less emphasis on choreography and less to memorize. I developed this new system because I want students to leave each class feeling better than when they arrived. Your progress should be measured in days and weeks rather than months and years." - Ian Sinclair

Advanced Kungfu

Centuries of intense development have led to the creation of many subtle, deep and profound martial arts. Aside from taijiquan (tai chi), two of the most famous of these are xingyiquan (shape and mind style), and baguazhang (eight trigrams palm). Xingyiquan is known for simplicity, directness and for a history turning out champions. Baguazhang is know for circular movements, evasive footwork and for being the chosen art of imperial bodyguards. The origins of both styles are shrouded in myth. But they have both stood the test of time, having nearly two millenia of history between the two of them.
