Qigong

Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is a relatively new word for a variety of ancient practices:
Medical Qigong, Buddhist meditation , Daoist Qigong, Healing Qigong, Martial Qigong

Tai chi & Kung fu

The instructor offers lessons in nearly one hundred different traditional routines and training methods. The main focus is the "internal styles", particuluarly taijiquan (tai chi chuan), xingyiquan, and baguazhang.


Seminars

Individuals and small groups may book a session or group of sessions for programs of their choice.

Classes six days per week, excluding holidays.
Our main focus is on personal instruction for individuals and small groups.
We also offer special programs for larger groups on request.
Rates vary according to the type of training, frequency of lessons, and the size of the class.
