Aside from all the famous MMA celebrities, there will be tournaments, workshops, seminars, demonstration, and lots of great people who are devoted to improving the world through martial arts.

There will be no classes in Orillia this weekend as Ian Sinclair will be at the MMA Expo in Toronto answering questions about internal martial arts.

Come by the Cloud Mountain "Peace is Power" Booth and take the "Tai Chi Balance and Awareness Test".
